Our spacious villa is 2000 square feet in size. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining area, 2 lounges, laundry room, games room and a fully screened patio which boasts a private pool and Jacuzzi spa. It truly has something to offer for all the family whether it is to sit out by the pool in the Florida sunshine, have a game of pool or table soccer with the kids in the games room or just watch T.V or a DVD and relax after a hectic and adventurous day in one the many theme parks!

Living Room

Kitchen/Dining Area
Large open plan kitchen, fully equipped with all your essential kitchen appliances including hob, oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. Large dining table and chairs in dining area off of the kitchen. There is also a laundry room with both a large washer and dryer.

Family Room
Has a large sofa bed which will sleep two, so the house can accommodate up to ten people comfortably. There is a television with built in DVD player, an ideal room for the kids to have their own space!

Bedroom 1
Master suite with an American king size bed, television with DVD and cable channels. Also a walk in closet and a bright spacious ensuite with double shower, corner bath and his and her sinks. There is direct access to the pool area from this bedroom. visit our photogallery for more views
Bedroom 2
Another master suite, this one has an American queen size bed, television with DVD and cable channels. A walk in closet and ensuite with very large shower .There is direct access to the pool area from this bedroom also.

Bedroom 3 and 4
Both bedrooms consist of two twin beds in each and are located to the front of the house and share the third bathroom. Ideal for the kiddies! photogallery>

Games Room
No matter what age you are there is always something to do in this room, equipped with a pool table, soccer table, large basketball game and board games.

This new home has been beautifully decorated and furnished to a high standard, our U.S management team take pride in looking after the property and any guests, they are always only a phone call away to assist with anything you may need. The house is fully air conditioned, has cable T.V, internet access and local phone calls are free, if you wish to dial internationally you may use a calling card. There is an additional
charge for pool heat which we recommend for the months of OCT-APR. Swimming pools can be a source of danger, particularly with young children, please ensure that they are supervised at all times. The pool area has a safety fence, please ensure this is put in place when pool is not being used when young children are around. The owners will not be held liable any resulting injury or death.
