Cancellation by us
If circumstances arise beyond our control , we reserve the right to cancel your booking. In this event we will endeavour to find alternative equivalent accommodation or refund all monies paid .

Cancellation by you
In the event of cancellation the following charges will apply;
45+ days prior to arrival...........loss of deposit
29 to 45 days prior to arrival.....less 50% of total cost
Within 28 days of arrival...........less 100% of total cost

Your booking will be accepted by email or telephone and will be confirmed when the deposit is received. The balance is due 45days prior to the date of occupancy. In the interest of other guests smoking is confined to the pool area and no pets allowed.
